SAN Client backup is failing with error code 83,82 and 10

Hi All,

I am backing up a exchange server DAG consisting more than 6 databases of size around 5 TB as a SAN client

When i backup 3 databases at one time backup over SAN it completed successfully for around 500 GB of data after that it got failed with error 82 or 83.

I tried to take the backup over LAN for all DAG databases and it completed sucessfully which means issue is on SAN.

Netbackup version is 7.5.0.6.

Could you please help me in this issue.
