Share Point GRT not complete

hello every one

i have this infrastraacutre below for netbackup 

master server :windows 2008 r2   version 7.6.0.3

clinet sharepoint 2010 1 &2: window 2008 r2    version 7.6.0.3

clinet for SQL 2008 1 &2 : windows 2008 r2 version 7.5

when appear this message  "TRV - Starting granular backup processing for (Microsoft SharePoint Resources\Windows SharePoint Services Web Applicat ( ( content DB xxxxxxxxx ) This may take a while... 

and spend 14 hours and not complete and this content DB size 147G :(

But when i take for test content db GRT is complete successfully 

please provide me for solution
