Client able to ping master but getting error "cannot communicate with the master server.Backups may not properly function" while installing Netbackup

Hi All,

I'm trying to install Netbackup 7.5 on a windows 2008 R2 client. The client is able to ping the master server however when I try the installation I'm getting error "cannot communicate with the master server.Backups may not properly function.Proceed anyway" . I did get a UAC enabled warning when I started the installation. The account that I'm using to log on the client server is a member of Administrators group. Not sure why this is error message is popping up.
