Morning all,
I'm getting an issue with the backups on a couple of VM's that I recently mIgrated from the VC 4 setup to our new VC 5.5. After the migration I get the error:
Unable to find the virtual machine(4239), in the details staus is the following:
21/08/2014 21:28:51 - Info bpfis(pid=2448) Backup started

21/08/2014 21:28:51 - Info bpfis(pid=2448) done. status: 4207: Could not fetch snapshot metadata or state files.
I have migrated 2 VM's and both are having the same issue. I have added the new VC server to the config in Netbackup (7.6.0.2) and have even removed the VM from the policy and re-added it to ensure its looking at the correct VC Server.
This doesn't happen all the time, at the moment its seems to work one night then fail the next. but I need a consistant backup before I migrate critical servers. We have alot of servers on the same VC 5.5 environment that have been built from scratch or moved from other VM environments and they all backup fine.
Any help would be handy,
Thanks
