Hello,
We are facing issue with the Error bptm (pid=24103) error requesting media, TpErrno = Robot operation failed.
THere are 2 drives VTL configured on media server tpconfig /Tpautoconf -t and vmoprcdm out put looks good but still backup job failed with above error.
backup job is goes active on one drive and getting successfull.However on another drive gives robot operation failed.
We have rebooted the server/bounce daemons/reconfigure the drives but still getting same error.
