Cant add media server

Environment

Netbackup 7.1

OS: Redhat 2.6

Hi dear friends

We are trying  to add media server to the master server..

As per guide we installed the netbackup software to new media server.  (We installed many times before))...but this one is really problem)

We scanned, all media is available... detected robots.

But from master server,  Storage unit list we couldnt see the new media servers robot...

From GUI configure storage wizard is not working ...  by command line we tried to do smth..

No results.. Any idea
