MSDP crcontrol seem to hang, how to see if MSDP is busy internally ?

Hello

After an unplanned shutdown of the media servers running the MSDP

We some times see

C:\Program Files\Veritas\pdde>crcontrol --queueinfo

Just not answering and no entries in the spad and spoold log

Wondered if there was another place to see if the MSDP was running some internal job

Know I can solve it by restarting the spad & spoold processes, but don't want to interrupt any internal jobs

Systems:

NetBackup 7.5.0.5 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1
